Mark & Stewart were extremely helpful & generous with their time & knowledge for the different types of pianos I was considering, before eventually choosing the Casio Grand Hybrid GP310 piano. Excellent and expert in-house experience. Whilst highly knowledgable, if they couldn’t answer the question…they found out there and then. They were considerate to my circumstances and worked with me to get me the piano I wanted and needed. I am delighted. Purchased a piano for my son from this shop last weekend. From the very beginning Mark demonstrated outmost professionalism and knowledge and was very helpful. Price was competitive but it was the little things like helping us get it into our Ute and being there cutting the box till he was sure it’s all good. He also followed up with a phone call just to make sure. The piano is great and we love it but it’s the truly the customer service we’ve enjoyed most. We’ll be back for our next one .
